 Return and Exchange Policy
We are committed to maintaining quality and hygiene standards. For this reason, no returns or exchanges are generally accepted for any jewellery sold on. 
Please carefully check the product descriptions, measurements, and images before placing your order.
 
Important Note: For Damaged Products (Exchange Only)
Our goal is to deliver the correct product to you. If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, it is mandatory to follow the rules below for the exchange process:
  1. Unboxing Video is Mandatory:
    • It is mandatory to create a clear and uninterrupted video from the moment you begin opening the package.
    • The video must clearly show the sealed parcel being opened, and the damage or missing item must be visible within that same continuous video recording.
  2. Exchange Only, No Returns:
    • If the damage is clearly visible in the video, we will only replace (exchange) the damaged item.
    • Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances; only the product will be exchanged.
Any claim for damage or an incorrect item will not be accepted without a valid unboxing video.
